2. Make your team believe your mission

It is very important to make them feel that their work makes a difference.

3. Develop a Team culture

Your work culture is made up of your values as a company, and as a leader. The usual four or five key ideas or values that you strongly believe in. Everything pretty much revolves around those four to five ideas and forms a strong culture among your employees. This becomes the essence of the company, irrespective of the departments they are in.

4. Hire talented entrepreneurs

While interviewing candidates, keep in mind that it is not advisable to hire typical candidates looking for a 9 to 5 job, that pays them. Because they are just looking for a paycheque in the end. You might want to know their personal goals, as you can evaluate their ideas, vision and what they’re willing to do to achieve them.
